Bushnell is popular for its high quality, precision optics which are being used in a variety of sporting events. If you are a competitive golfer and looking for an advanced laser rangefinder, go get your hand on the brand new laser range finder from the house of Bushnell, the Tour V2. It is considered to be the smallest and most advanced laser range finder in the market place. It offers precise range measurement in a very small package. The Tour V2 measures about 1.7 x 2.8 x 4.3 inches and weighs only 6.6 oz. It is completely waterproof and includes a carrying case and straps.
Bushnell Tour V2 is able to read distance in both yards and metres; the accuracy range being 5 to 1000 yards. For reflective surfaces the yard range is about 100 yard and for trees and golf flag it is 700 yard and 300 yard, respectively. On the top, bottom, front and eye piece, there is a tacky rubberized grip that helps in making the Bushnell Tour V2 sit comfortably in your hands. While viewing an object through the eyepiece, you are provided with a few icons that help you in the operation. The mode of operation of the rangefinder involves firing an invisible laser into the distance. On hitting something in the distance, the laser will return to the Bushnell rangefinder and give the user the distance to that object. Tour V2 has a Pinseeker mode that is used to lock on and get an accurate reading on the flag location. It uses a 3V battery that is not very easy to find.
