Many studies have concluded that microwaving food decreases its nutritional value and deceases bio-availability of vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics. However, these studies are still in research stage and no definite conclusion has been drawn regarding dangers of microwaves.
